Laalchi drivers & owner.. i booked their cab for 8 days completely & everyday I literally had to beg them for 1-1 2-2kms extra run locally. The driver acts like if the car is running on his own blood.. they try to extract more money by saying no whenever u need a care to go somewhere local for sight seeing etc. very bad experience.. literally deleted their number right after the trip!

I booked this taxi service online. I booked Etios for 5 nights and 4 days. The owner promised to give me a full kashmir package. When I reached katra he provide me an old swift desire. Later, I found that this was a non ac booking without any notification. They themselves cut one major part of kashmir i. e. Sonmarg without any information. Later, the driver agreed to go to Sonmarg on an extra payment of 1000/- and on cancellation of visit to gulmarg. The driver was too rude with my 4 year old boy. He was very ill.-mannered plus he had a huge commission policy on our hotel stay, house boat stay, shikara ride, shopping, etc. When we found this and he could not make any commission he made our trip miserable. I really feel very sad of my decision of booking car with this tour and travels. When I informed about Drivers misbehaviour to Mr. Sunny he took no action. Trust me, they made our trip miserable. Please don't book online with them. They will promise something else and give you something else when you reach there. Due to this driver we had stay at railway station for 7 hours because the driver told us to start early from pahalgam otherwise we will not be able to catch our train in time. He befooled us and reached us 7-8 hours before train time. Please don't trust them online.
