4 months agoVery bad experience with them in emergency ward as they don’t allow any attendant with patient in emergency ward and if they do so neither they provide stool for attendant to sit along side patient nor they allow us to sit on bed with our patient. There is no space for patient outside the so called emergency ward as can be seen in photos. No coordination of doctors with laboratory staff as doctor take blood sample saying we will get report in 15 mins in order to compel us for test within hospital but laboratory staff gave report after 2 hours despite being free.

a month agoDr. Sunita Jamwal is kind and skilled gynecologist. She not only possesses good medical expertise but also treats her patients with care and compassion. Her calm and friendly nature makes every consultation comfortable and reassuring. She patiently listens to every concern, explains each procedure before and after surgery. Felt better than Madana personally.

a month agoI had a very disappointing experience at KD Multispeciality Hospital. Despite being admitted to a private room, the hygiene and cleanliness were extremely poor. The room was dirty, with visible dust, spiders, and dirt under the bed and couch. It even had a bad smell — we had to order our own room freshener just to breathe comfortably. When the cleaner came, they only cleaned the visible area and ignored the rest. For the kind of charges the hospital takes — comparable to a 5-star hotel — the service was worse than a dharamshala. The washrooms were also very unhygienic, smelling as if they hadn’t been properly cleaned for ages. Most of the staff seemed careless and unresponsive, doing their job without any sense of responsibility. Only a few behaved professionally. The only positive part was the doctors — they were attentive, responsible, and guided us well. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The hospital seriously needs to improve its cleanliness and staff professionalism, especially given the high charges they demand.

2 weeks agoMy experience was terrible. The behavior of several staff members was extremely unprofessional, and many of the nurses spoke disrespectfully to the attendants of the patients. I have also noticed that the security guards at the entrance only allow attendants who are paying in cash to meet the patient. If someone is using an Ayushman card or has an insurance claim, they speak to them very rudely. I can’t recommend this to anyone.

2 weeks agoAs per my experience, this is one of the worst hospitals one can opt for. They have made this setup just for earning handful of money rather than serving for what actually a hospital is for and they even don't care about patients.
