The first day when we came we did a lotus facial. Hardly any massage was given. Blackheads removal is always done after steam, no steam was given. No back massage. Whereever we have done facials its always been a better experience even in small salons. Being from Mumbai, i felt that even branded high class salons dont charge for such services and if they do the services are exemplary. Olaplex plus hair colour was done for my mother in law her hair was frizzy and lost colour just in one day and we paid 8k for that. Second day for makeup my mother in laws makeup was much lighter than her skin tone. On the function just in an hour it entirely cracked and it was looking like a cracked up open mask. Eye lashes were put on me and my sister in law and the quality was so terrible that while removal it was horribly painful and the glue didnt come out until 2 days later. My first experience with the salon was so good but unfortunately when i came again both days we had pretty much the worst experience. I didnt have the time or energy to complain or argue as we wanted to get done with it But just fyi for what youre charging vs what youre providing isnt as promised. Even my nail refills are literally falling out in less than a week. My eye brows were shaped in the salon and then when i came the next day the makeup artist at your salon said its not shaped well to which i informed her that it was done there itself then she reshaped it. Something as simple and basic as eye brows wasnt done properly. Extremely dissatisfied with the services.
