5 years agoMy hair was so frizzy so I had been to Lakme saloon in Kathua for hair smoothening. There the hair expert Mr. Ashin Gupta examined my hair n suggested the right treatment for my hair. He has very much perfection in his work n did my smoothening along with cysteine to protect my hair from damage. I had my great experience there. Entire staff (Mr. Ashin, Ms. Shivani, Ms. Riya, Ms. Sandalpreet) was very much cooperative n had good attitude towards work. Hospitality was also good. Excellent service. I have fab experience there Buttt....The saloon is little bit costly 😜

6 years agoVery bad service , the owner of this place is rude , the staff is misleading , the prices are very high for the inexperienced staff they have hired in the name of Lakmé, the girl who did my waxing burnt me at 3 places just in a single hand and my skin also peeled off , even when I told her to stop repeatedly.

5 years agoOne of the worst salon. Staff is so untrained. These guys don't even know how to apply lip color. Poorest service.... Don't waste your money... Total wastage
