I had an amazing experience at Lakme, thanks to Puja. She did my clean-up and waxing with utmost care and professionalism. Her behaviour was truly wonderful, very friendly yet perfectly professional, which made me feel completely comfortable. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service she provided. In fact, I’ve decided to switch to Lakme only because of her. Highly recommend her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The experience was worst! First they told they will remove dark circles and have the best offer for now! Trusting on them! Proceeded with that ! Trust me it has been half year now! The acne is not still going they ruined my face! From the day they did that! The worst experience with Lakmé so far!!!! Never trust them there experience is zero ! I already told them that i have sensitive skin they said nothing will happen trust me they just ruined my face! Better to trust local salons then this Lakmé.cursing the day when i went there!!! Disgusting…..want to write more but ……….
