    This dealer is not reliable. I gave him my laptop for repair. First he made a promise to repair it in 2 hours making me wait for 4 hours and then gave me future date of 3 days . After 3 days when i called him multiple times for update he simply didnt pick my call . After I reached his store ,he in stoic face told me that it will take some more time. Same day i took back my laptop from him only to find that my laptop screen is not attached to the frame rightly. He is simply not a good dealer with no care for customers. Avoid him at all costs. Edit:-reply to ur response Why should i call u, it has been 2 years now. I was then serving in anantnag. I know ur shop is near Nathu's. I wrote what happened and u are nobody to tell me to delete it. Instead focus on ur service and to help customers in future. Reply to ur legal action response: It shows ur pathetic approach to the customer feedback. You are free to sue me or whatever. Dear all customers, see his response, it shows that I was right regarding my dealing with him. His response is like"My way or highway"

    "I recently purchased a laptop from this store with high expectations. Shortly after purchase, I noticed a display-related issue flickering and vertical lines most probably the damaged screen, which raised my concern.now While raising the warranty claim , I also found that the warranty start date is out of date on the HP website ,Simply a warranty mismatch When I approached the store for support, I was simply advised to contact HP Care myself. Although I understand that the warranty is ultimately handled by the brand, I was hoping for a little more assistance or guidance from the seller’s side, especially right after buying a new device i had to buy some other articles but now I changed my mind I'm sharing this feedback respectfully, only to suggest that better after-sale support would really improve the overall customer experience. Thank you

    Worst. They took my laptop for a month. The only issue was about battery. They were completely clueless about the problem. After a month they did something and handed over me the laptop. After few days my laptop completely got useless.
