6 years agoIt's quite compact and hard to find, but the service is wonderful and very punctual. Fee is quite brawny but services are worth every penny. I got my LED TV diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours, hence can assert for their efficacy.

4 years agoI requested them to provide genuine LG parts for my refrigerator but neither they had it nor they were able to arrange. Forget hospitality and greetings from front office, other staff, etc. Even no one will ask u for water. But still 5 stars only and only for the humble, polite and helpful nature of Manager/Head Bikram Dev Sir.

2 years agoI have to tell something about the service center in jammu LG soft care point on 4 januaray and microwave was deliverd on 11 januaray they fixed washing machine knob i have paid 2000 amaount for this kind of service and the person is very rude missbehaved with me tottally rubbish people are there on service center
