    “I recently visited this restaurant for their buffet dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The starter was served very late, even though it was a buffet, and I had almost finished my meal by the time it arrived. The quality of the food on the buffet was not good – several items were not fresh and lacked flavour. For the price charged, the overall value felt poor. The ambience was okay, but the service was slow and the staff did not seem very attentive. I hope the management improves the food quality and service timing, especially for starters, so that future customers can have a better experience

    Nice hotel with clean rooms and clean toilets. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been nice to make it fresh and clean after use. The food is nice and the buffet spread was decent. The hotel has its own parking space.

    Early check-in not entertained even after acceptance at the time of reservation. Saying that Booking accepted with a comment on acceptance basis of room availability doesn't make a sense. It was booked on a MAP plan. On asking if the dinner can be sent to the room, hotel completely denied highlighting it's against the policy. On visiting the restaurant and placing my order, the Server offered if they can send it to the room. What a joke ? On asking for a Tea, it came after 45 mins. On asking the reason being delay, the Server told that it was wrongly delivered to a different room. How does that make my Tea late ? Didn't expect all this from such a big brand

    The hotel looks good from the outside and the rooms are decent, but the staff and services are horrible. Staff’s behaviour is very chindi and unprofessional. They don’t give you water bottles to drink, the housekeeping and restaurant staff is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t serve you happily and show a lot of arrogance. I was staying there with my sports team for two weeks and they didn’t treat us well. They don’t clean rooms if asked again and other services are terrible as well.

    Mr. Sunil was way too rude at the reception desk . The team is good but must learn how to greet the guest . Rooms are decent. You have to make the advance payment which I found irrelevant. And for this only when asked for a written document, he said it's not written that we provide room but we still do. The hotel with such a great name should work over staff .
