Midway Park Akad آکڈ پارک

#AKADPARK or Mid Way Park Akad Akad is a village on way to Pahalgam approximately 18 km from Anantnag town. This park lies enroute to Pahalgam from Anatnag. This park is spread over an area of 18 kanels & is ideally located on the bank of gushing stream & commands the panoramic view of the distant Pahalgam mountain range. As it has become an important stop for tourists so department has already initiated extension of the park & has acquired land for the purpose.

small and peaceful park along side the highway good for having a small picnic along with family. there's a stream that flows around it. you may swim if you like. entry ticket is there. lots of eataries outside.

Small but beautiful..... It's very attractive park... The stream falls besides the park is so beautiful and it adds more beauty in the park..... Very peace and calmful place.... If u visit pahalgam... It is best park to take rest and buy some tea and drinks from stalls besides!

A small but beneficial park for those travelling to Pahalgam. It has many food stalls near the gate where people can have tea and snacks. The park is well-maintained and has many varieties of flowers. Families stop to have a little rest and let kids play. There are washrooms available inside the park. Many dustbins can be seen around which has helped in maintaining the overall hygiene of the park. A lot of development and care is yet to be shown by the Government. If the authorities pay attention to this garden it can become one of the best tourist destinations.

Temple is nice but holy water pond should be cleaned on regular basis
