a month agoMonalisa Jammu is misleading customers with overpriced products. I purchased winter wear worth Rs 22’000. Later,when I checked online. The exact same items was available at 50%, 40% discount. Despite this,the store charged me full MRP & the salesman clearly lied that no discount was available. This shows zero transparency, unethical pricing & an attempt to exploit customers who trust the store. I strongly warn others: before buying anything from monalisa, compare prices online- you will find the same item much cheaper. Extremely disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.

a year agoVisited just now and salesman rudely told us that they cannot serve us as they are closing at 6pm. At their bari brahmana store. New saw such a rude service ever from the attached picture salesman. Their main (sham ji)tailor sir or the maintenance person attend us in a welcome manner and help us in shopping the best possible. Overall experience was good except some salesperson who is trying to let the business down .
