6 months agoVisited here today and literally the worst experience gained...The staff is not at all helpful towards customers, they are least aware of the prices and the discounts being given, the lady took an hour to calculate the amount after discount, each staff member has different opinion regarding discount which is so astonishing...Then visited the Raghunath Bazar store which had preferably better choices and staff !

2 years agoAs I entered the Monalisa showroom situated on Residency Road in Jammu, I was immediately greeted by the sweet scent of fresh fabric. The showroom was beautifully decorated with elegant chandeliers and antique mirrors that added to its royal look. The collection of sarees, suits, lehengas and other traditional wear was breathtaking. Each piece was intricately designed with intricate embroidery, embellishments and prints, making it hard for me to choose just one. The sales staff was friendly and attentive, helping me navigate through the various sections of the store and giving expert advice on choosing the right attire. They patiently assisted me in trying out different designs and colors, ensuring that I found my perfect fit. What caught my attention was the stunning display of bridal wear. The intricate designs and exquisite details made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. The collection was so mesmerizing that I couldn't resist but try on a few dresses just for fun. The overall experience at Monalisa was truly amazing. The beautiful collection, friendly staff and refreshing ambiance made for an unforgettable experience. I definitely can't wait to visit again and indulge in some more traditional wear shopping.

3 years agoGood collection of ladies dress materials but once they know you have coupons so they note down ur number and so unprofessional that they use coupons in your absence and also don't agree even when you have received text messages of redemption and same response from head office.

2 years agoExtremely poor experience in Mens ethnic section. Sales guys refers to Kurta Palace and Kurta palace guys is mostly absent.
