a month agoVisited the Motorola Service Center for a charging issue under warranty. The staff was polite and helpful but the overall process took more time than expected. They checked the phone properly and fixed the issue, though I had to visit twice for the same problem. Overall, it was an average experience — not bad, but not very impressive either.

2 months agoWorst service centre ever ... They dont know how to repair a phone.. incommpitent people working there ... I have one phone motorola after update was getting switch off and i send my phone to this service centre after so many days they are saying " sir hume nhi pata kaise on hoga mobile " jab tk on nhi hoga hum kuch ni kr skte , aur iska motherboard dead ho gya hai , new phone he lelo ... And after 2 month i restart phone randomly it start working and then i call this service centre and they says " phone kaise on ho gya " 😆😆.. after saying motherboard dead ho gya hai... They are all fool person they dont know how to repair phone

2 months ago🤬🤬🤬Very pathetic ....my screen was broken ..after they fixed it my camera became blur ...they told it is software issue and it is old phone blah blah.... And then when i gave it for software update they opened the phone and then it was their fault earlier ...after that they did not even fixed its back panel correctly and said "YE APNE AAP THEEK HO JAYEGA " ..... JAISE HUM PEHLI BAAR PHONE CHLA RAHE HA😡😡😡😡

4 months agoMy phone display was broken They tell it take ist 3 days after 3 days they give me my phone and then the phone fingerprint was not working and camera has some issu also When I go back they took 5 minutes and it me back When I reach home I have same problem and go again again and now they fix problems but have now network issue When I call the staff rudely bhave with me They ask me they file a complaint to police I request everyone don't visit mobilnks

2 months agoWorst service and worst people working there …. Not at all responsible for the commitments they make to their customers. Since last 6 days they are unable to deliver the phone and giving silly reasons like mind se skip ho jata hai. Very unprofessional behaviour by the centre. Not recommended.
