First of all, Mubii, the owner, is a very talented and kind-hearted person. His work is impressive, and he treats his clients with respect and care. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication to his art.Mubii truly understands your ideas before starting the tattoo and listens patiently. He also explains everything clearly, giving full knowledge about tattoos." However, I had an unpleasant experience with one of his students, Ayan. While I was there, he received a call from a surgeon who politely asked to get tattooed by Mubii, not a student, But mubii was not there, Ayan responded very rudely, saying something like "Tum hote kaun ho mujhe call karne wale?" — which was shocking to hear. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and can damage the studio’s reputation, no matter how skilled the main artist is. I’m sharing this not to disrespect anyone, but to give honest feedback. I still highly recommend Mubii for his talent and attitude, but I hope the studio works on improving how the rest of the team, especially trainees, communicate with customers
