3 months agoWorst Experience with Gold Booking I had a terrible experience with them . They asked me to book gold with a 50% down payment, promising to deliver the item at the booking rate. However, when the rates increased, they refused to honor the original price. Despite numerous follow-ups over 8 months, they finally delivered the item at the current market rate, not the rate I booked it for. This was a blatant breach of trust and a waste of my time.

From the moment I walked in, The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. There Shurti took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and helped me find the perfect piece of jewelry. The quality of their jewelry is outstanding, and their prices are very competitive. I also recommended my family and friends to visit the store as I was impressed by their service.

10 months agoI had a very disappointing experience with Jeweller Mulkh Raj. They did not deliver my order on time, despite multiple follow-ups. Their lack of professionalism and poor communication made the entire process frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend their services if you’re looking for reliability and timely delivery.
