The staff was sweet but the service was not up to the mark. Not recommended I gave one star out of courtesy because there is no option to give no stars. I recently went to the salon to get my hair dyed trusting the place because of how long they had been in business. It was a terrible idea. 1. The shade I had chosen was not the one given to me, it was something else entirely. I kept shut because it was my first time getting it coloured and it didn't look that bad at first, but it does not look like I have gotten anything done when I'm indoors. And barely shows under the Sun too. 2. I had made it CLEAR to the person that since I already have brown hair, i want something that will actually show and look like I've gotten something done. That didn't happen. 3. I had specifically mentioned that I didn't want my roots to be coloured, and that was ignored even after bringing it up during the process. I was reasoned with and ignored. 4. When talking about a colour change after the blunder, i was made to believe that only I can't see the colour and it actually is there. For a colour change, i was asked to pay additional when it was not actually needed. 5. I was charged more than the promised rate at the beginning.
