3 months agoWe went for an official outing. There are two categories veg and non veg. Unlike other buffet shops they give mostly non veg starters in non veg category. Also the food is good although mostly frozen items. Only fish is fresh. But taste is great. Service can be better and will depend on the staff you get. We had it better but my previous experience were not great. Also the fist drink is complimentary and rest all you have to pay. Though expect the drinks to be diluted. Overall a good experience I would say but not the best.

8 months agoFood was tasty but few item's quality was not so good like #kheer,#paneer tikka#gol gappe etc. Service was not so up to the mark as I saw in other buffet restaurant.Your plate will be empty for some times but none of the staff will observe this things u have to take the initiative for orders. Atmosphere was the superb duperb 😇😇🤩

a month agoWell, I visited Pirates of Grill with my family. The experience was really good. They have improved a lot interns of spicy non-veg starters . Now they are serving fresh and non spicy starters which is very good to have. Food quality is really good and fresh non veg is served here. Overall rating should be like : Food - 5/5 Service - 4/5 Atmosphere - 5/5 Taste - 5/5 Quality - 5/5 Rate - 5/5 A complete family restaurant for Non Veg lovers. Please add some Wazwan dishes also. Highly recommended 👌👍👍👍

a month agoBARBEQUE NATION is always ahead than this Restorant "Pierats 🐀 uff Drills " Firstly, managers have trained there waiters to not to serve on time and intentionally letting the customers wait for every dish in the buffet. Secondly, every dish was on the call with the waiting period. Manager was missing having the chill in the corner. Waiter's response was poorer than any Paharhganj dhaba. Mindly absent. Even after dish was served, it was limited only for 2-3 person despite booking for 07 persons. Must be saving those dishes for next the day. Don't know what Mr. RAI was doing on the floor with his notepad other than flashing his French beard. Worst of Worst experience.

a month agoI had a very disappointing experience at Pirates Grill. The staff was unprofessional, and the service was far from satisfactory. Several items from our order were missing — they only served the main dishes like Paneer Tikka and Mushroom Tikka, while the rest were completely overlooked. Overall, the management and service quality were extremely poor. Honestly, Vaishno Dhaba offers much better food, service, and hospitality compared to Pirates of the Grill. I would not recommend visiting this place based over “Barbeque Nation” on this experience.
