Pulse Hospital and Research Center

We recently visited Hospital for my nephew’s ENT surgery under Dr. Ajaz-ul-Haque. we appreciate the doctor's professionalism and his dedication, but the hospital management was extremely disappointing. The AC in the waiting hall was not working, making it very uncomfortable for patients and visitors. Hygiene was poorly maintained, as evident from stained curtains and dirty floors (see attached photos). Cleanliness and patient comfort seem to be neglected, which is shocking for a healthcare facility. The management should take immediate action to improve cleanliness, hygiene, and basic amenities. Patients deserve not only proper medical care but also a clean and comfortable environment.

I had a truly positive experience at Pulse Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. The doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The nursing staff was compassionate and attentive throughout my stay. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and maintained a high standard of hygiene and care. I especially appreciated the quick response time and the smooth coordination between different departments. I’m grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Pulse Hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare with a personal touch.

Pulse hospital is really a splendid health care facility. My brother was in immense pain generating from his right hip and radiating upto the ankle in right leg. Pain was so severe , he couldn't sit/stand, walk. Was locked in a single bending posture. Thanks to pulse hospital and Dr farid Malik sir who did an amazing job treating our patient. Now we're very happy as our patient is pain free and is able to walk again

My sister law was admitted in pulse for LSCS procedure. We were left amazed by the quality of the services provided. Staff is very well behaved. Management team is very supportive. Doctors are really brilliant. Overall environment and cleanliness of hospital is also very good.
