    My stay at this hotel was unfortunately marred by extremely poor customer service, particularly concerning basic courtesies like luggage assistance. ​From the moment I arrived at check-in, and similarly at check-out, there was absolutely no one available to help carry my luggage. I had to manage all my bags myself, which is not the standard of service I expect from a hotel. Upon attempting to enter my room, I discovered my key card was not working. This is a minor issue that should have been resolved within minutes, but instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal. ​Despite multiple calls to the reception desk, I was left stranded outside my room for a full 30 minutes. Not a single member of the service staff came to address the issue, nor was a working replacement key delivered promptly. The lack of urgency and failure to dispatch someone to assist a guest who was locked out is truly astonishing. ​This level of neglect shows a serious deficiency in the hotel's front-of-house and service response protocols. A half-hour wait for a basic key card fix, after repeated calls, is simply not acceptable for any hotel, especially one that Radisson Blu. "claims to be a five-star establishment" or "charges a premium rate" ​It creates a very poor first and last impression when guests have to struggle with their baggage, and it shows a clear lack of attention to guest comfort and basic hospitality. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to the situation. ​I hope the management addresses this serious gap in their service. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel if you expect even minimal assistance during arrival and departure.

    Must involve some more meals like dosa , idli , which is a healthy light and complete meal apart from sandwiches which is unhealthy . Although poha was there . Service is good , parking is much spacious. Staff is very cordial. Hygienic restaurant. Well behaved morally and ethically people at reception. It's in close proximity to Wave mall jammu on Narwal road . Rooms washroom felt tidy but inside the drains there was blockage probably due to hairs . This needs to be taken care . And options like yoghurt/ roasted nuts should be introduced there leaving sugar and maida behind as one expects much with per day cost of rooms .

    I am compelled to give them a 5-star review as everything was so good!! We stayed here to attend a marriage & this hotel just made the experience so worthwhile & even better!! Not just was the stay great but they also gave us such a good welcome, applied tika on our forehead & gave us welcome drinks as we entered. These are very little things but they add to the impression of a place for sure!! Apart from welcome drinks being in the lobby at all times, there was a tea stall - again, little things but add to the experience!! Also the service was good, I mean even if they’d get late in getting something we had asked for, they handled it very politely & professionally which is impressive! And the staff was helpful. Very hospitable. The rooms were spacious & good! Very nice! Breakfast buffet was good too!! ✨💕 Gave us a good experience.

    Had a good stay at Radisson Jammu and a great Meal at the Blu Pan Restaurant at the Hotel. Excellent service by the staff in the restaurant special mention to Manpreet Kaur and her team for speacil attention and taking care of my kids as well. The front desk staff however can be a little more polite, I am a Radisson VIP (their highest membership category) and even I didn't feel like it was pleasant.
