**Big name but poor service** I don’t want to highlighted in briefly. Short review but genuinely after i buy gold with poor quality. “My experience here was quite disappointing. The staff/owner service was below expectation — they seemed uninterested and not customer-friendly. I also purchased a gold ornament which turned out to be of very poor quality. This is not what I expected for the price I paid. I hope the management looks into improving both staff behaviour and product. Even owner don’t take initiative to improve his product quality for customer satisfaction. If you are looking for best quality with genuine service try to find another place instead of Rakesh Jewellers. When i had requested to fix my wife items his answer was quite complicated. They only take care of new customers exiting customers for them like trash bin.

Unprofessional behaviours with customer by salesman Our experience at Rakesh Jewellers, Jammu was really bad. When we asked if the making charges could be less, the salesman said "Le lo jaha se milta hai" - it was a super rude and unprofessional reply. At billing owner told once paid cannot be change such pathetic people.

Nice store with attentive staff and super fast service. Recently, I bought a ring and needed it altered, which usually takes about 4 hours, but they did everything at the earliest possibility. I really appreciate the service.
