a month agoWell, I purchased Refrigerator form this Reliance Digital. I am sharing my experience as : * The staff was just interested in selling only even i had purchased refrigerator the sales man and over the counter billing team didn’t ask me and my family for the water. Such a mean and greedy people. * The staff was not good at hosting. * The refrigerator I received had small scratches on it. Beware while purchasing, these people at display shows clear, clean and scratch free products but when delivered at home the body has scratches on it. Overall, a massive electronics store, huge variety of electronic items but delivery experience is always poor. Don’t buy. Not a trustworthy Relaince Digital.

a month agoDear Reliance Digital Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delivery of the refrigerator I purchased from your store. At the time of purchase, I was clearly informed that the product would be delivered one day after the purchase. However, not only has the delivery not happened, but now all the contact numbers provided are switched off. When I contacted your customer care team, I was informed that the delivery will take three days, which is completely contrary to the original commitment. This kind of false promise and lack of proper communication is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. If you are unable to fulfill your commitment, then such assurances should not be made to customers. It reflects very poorly on your service standards.
