One of the worst General Insurance Company. I had a Motor Vehicle Claim . The Surveyor came and included only partial damage of the Car. When I asked him for the Survey Report, he said that there is no survey report. I wonder how dumb the claim process in Reliance Insurance is. I wish I could give negative star ratings. And please do not buy Reliance Motor Insurance from Kwid Showroom in Jammu. They are hand in glove. Once insurance is issued, they pay no heed.

Don't buy insurance from Reliance General Insurance, especially travel insurance after asking for documents for a month my claim was rejected due to the reason of asking for claim which was submitted on the first day. They just take money at the time of insurance and when the time for payback come they find different reasons for rejecting the claim. #wasteofmoney

Don’t buy any insurance from the Reliance general insurance because they provide very poor service to their clients at the time of claim Generally they don’t pick the calls If they pick don’t talk properly At last you tired from their service and you give Up.
