Terrible experience. I went to the clinic purely based on google reviews. Unfortunately, the person is clearly not even a doctor. My cat had ear mites, and he insisted the ears were fine. He poured undiluted hydrogen peroxide in my cat's ears and burnt them; they were blistered and bleeding the second day. And he held his ears so tightly that he bruised them. It has been 3 days and they're still bruised. How can you claim to be a vet (he even claimed to be better than others) if you don't even know how to handle animals? You can fool and cheat people here just for some amount of money. But Allah is Ever Watchful, and He will surely take all that you do into account. These animals will bear witness for all the pain inflicted upon them by such people.

I’ve been bringing my cat here since the first day I got him, and I truly feel lucky to have found this place. My cat actually feels comfortable here (which says a lot!). Whether it's routine check-ups or more serious concerns, this clinic consistently gone above and beyond. Dr Rouf Junaid is so kind, gentle, and always take time to help me understand what my cat needs. I trust him with my cat’s life, and I’m so grateful. I got my cat neutered, and i had a really good experience. Dr. Rouf is super calm and explained everything clearly, which helped ease my nerves. The whole process went smoothly, and my cat is recovering quickly with no issues. Definitely recommend this place to any pet parent looking for trustworthy and caring vet clinic.

This man is not a breeder, he’s not an animal lover, he’s not even a professional. He’s just a shameless shopkeeper and a scammer in disguise. He sells lies, takes your money, and then laughs behind your back like a coward. In 2023, I paid ₹17,000 for a German Shepherd. He didn’t mention “working line,” didn’t mention “show line.” He just promised me a proper German Shepherd. What I got instead was a pathetic mixed stray that doesn’t even look like a pure breed. Only after scamming me did this fraud open his mouth and say, “₹17K is Alto money, not Ferrari money.” If you already knew that, then why didn’t you have the guts to say it before taking the money? Because scammers like you survive only on lies and half-truths. And then there’s the cat incident. A Persian kitten, barely a month old, sold off like a broken toy—face infected, half bald, sick from day one. You didn’t just scam money, you played with a life. That kitten spent his first year in misery because of your disgusting negligence. Only when I took him in, medicated him, and gave him real care did he survive. Something you could never do, because you don’t care about animals—you only care about stuffing your pockets. You are not a breeder. You’re not even a businessman. You are a liar, a cheat, and a disgrace to anyone who has ever loved animals. Every single animal you sell carries the mark of your greed and heartlessness. People like you don’t deserve customers, you deserve to be exposed. To anyone reading this: If you value your money, your time, and most importantly the life of your pet—stay the hell away from this fraud. He’s not selling pets, he’s selling problems, lies, and heartbreak. Shame on you. You disgust me.

Extremely Disappointed and Heartbroken One of the worst clinics I’ve ever encountered. It’s heartbreaking to see how they handled my cat’s case with such carelessness and lack of proper expertise. Their actions felt more focused on making money than actually caring for the animal's well-being. May you truly understand the pain you've caused both to my pet and to me. No one deserves to suffer at the hands of those who claim to be professionals without the knowledge or qualifications to back it. Please, to anyone reading this, be very cautious before trusting your beloved pet in the wrong hands.
