a month agoComplete Waste of money. If you want a "one-day use and throw suit", get it stiched from this tailor. They simply refused to alter two suits that they had stitched earlier. Their owner is arrogant and delusional. He said we are premium tailors and can't take alteration work even if we've made the suits initially. They used to be good tailors but that time has long gone

2 years agoTheir craftsmanship is very poor. They use poor quality bukram and buttons. Their fabrics are expensive but they go bad if you machine wash them. I bought from them cloth for one pant and three shirts-- all the best of the best they had available. In one wash, all the shirts were ruined-- they shrank to a size I could not wear and creased like crazy. The buttons were not sewn properly on the shirts with the thread s hanging all over them. I went to them because they are famous but I found them to be using cheap materials and their workmanship was substandard. Even the owner (the old man who was in Shastri Nagar) appears indifferent to customers. I do not recommend them. There are lot better tailors in Jammy-- go to them.

a year agoPoor craftmanship , Overhyped expensive Worst and arrogant behaviour of the owner . In short sheer waste of money.Recently visited S.C SHARMA STUDIO CHANNI HIMMAT JAMMU for stitching of formal trousers and shirt and had worst experience .Rather then correcting and accepting the mistake of the misfit stitching the owner engaged into verbal spat with me and started bragging about that people wait for months to get clothes stiched from them . Rather then adressing my concern politely ! Simply NOT recommeded

2 years agoA tad bit expensive, but the tailoring is very good. Suits are a very nice fit. They have a wide variety of JHampsted fabric. If the fitting doesn't seem fine on the first try they will loosen/tighten without cost on trial. They say they have a policy of not offering tailoring services of fabric is not bought from them. But with some pressure they may incline to agree.
