It is not homestay. It is typical hotel in remote residential area. Few boys take care of this place & wont be much helpful, rather cunning & money minded minded - One such fellow is Sahil.

Worst experience. Caretaker was so arrogant. Refused for every service (evening snack, dinner, drop at location, room service). Neither rooms nor washrooms were clean, even the flask kept in room was so dirty that after seeing that a person can stop drinking water. Dharamshala's are even far better from this. I never recommend this place to anyone.

I booked the place for second time in two years. Now this place has become bad in terms of customer service. You'll not get food or cab on time. They'll make you stand on the road for 30-60 mins. They'll make you wait 1-2 hours for food. They have become very casual in terms of service. Very casual attitude towards food and cab service. I was on a family trip and I am very disappointed😞.

Worst experience ever... cooperation from host was not at all up to mark...The AC in the room was not functioning properly when informed to the host , he said pls find another hotel. The washroom was not clean and was very small. The room was totally unorganised and messy and the distance from the main katra market is very far. No food options available. Food offered by the host is very expensive. I don't know how people have given this hotel an 8.1 rating. I strongly do not recommend this hotel for a family stay.

I travelled from Nagaland to J&K, I wanted to see local town and experience the culture. This homestay is on the outskirt of the town and the owner is very helpful. The care taker do not speak English, but the owner guides very well and speaks English. I had a great stay and the people around were kind. Highly recommended for experiencing the local culture and the country side.
