2 years agoI recently had a very disappointing experience at a local photo studio and I feel compelled to share my negative review. Firstly, the studio was extremely unorganised. The owner seemed overwhelmed and disinterested in providing good customer service. When it was finally my turn for a photo session, I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. The photographer appeared untrained and rushed through the session without paying attention to detail. They did not offer any guidance or suggestions on poses or settings, resulting in lackluster and awkward photos. Additionally, the equipment at the studio was outdated and malfunctioning. The lighting was poor, causing shadows and unevenness in the final images. The props were worn out and didn't add any appeal to the photos. It was evident that the studio had not invested in maintaining their equipment or keeping up with industry standards. Worse yet, the editing process was a disaster. When I received the final photos, they were poorly edited, with half-done retouching and visible flaws that should have been fixed. It was clear that no attention to detail or artistic touch was put into the editing process. To add insult to injury, the prices at this photo studio were exorbitant for the quality of service and final product provided. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and expertise for the amount I paid. Overall, my experience at this photo studio was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone who values quality and professionalism in their photographs. Worst part is the behaviour of studio owner he used to delay work never pick calls and don’t even give a call back.

2 years agoPhoto studio owner was unprofessional and uninterested in providing good customer service with a bad behavior,resulting in a disappointing experience.The poor quality equipment and subpar editing also contributed to the overall dissatisfaction. Don't recommend this studio.Its been more than 6months I haven't received my photo album.

2 years agoWe hire satyam team at our wedding that happened in 2020. I was incredibly impressed at the convenience, service and cost of satyam team. My wedding photographs were so good and we received lots n lots of compliments. Recently my sister-in-law got married and our only choice was Satyam photography. I felt well informed and put at ease about the process. The photographers and the photoshoot was incredibly professional. Their team is so good and easy to talk to. Thank you for the amazing experience!
