Best Pilates experience in Jammu. I really enjoy my time doing Pilates and yoga here. I’ve been attending classes here for a few months now, and it’s honestly become my favorite part of the week. The trainers pay such close attention to form and always tailor exercises to my needs. I’ve seen such a difference in my posture, core strength, and overall mood.

One of the best fitness studio in Jammu designed for women. Love the vibe and energy of the place. Shreeja Ma’am is the best instructor who understands your need and cater accordingly. She is experienced and knowledgeable. Thankful for this place and Ma’am where women feel safe and comfortable in their body and simultaneously work on it ❤️❤️❤️

Since joining, I’ve noticed huge improvements in my core strength, flexibility, and overall body tone. More importantly, I leave each class feeling relaxed, energized, and mentally lighter. Well ! This gym in particular apart from having quality equipment, friendly staff,clean environment ,supportive staff is my blessed workplace where i can feel protective n in my peaceful state of mind. Trainer here is a symbol of handwork ,her care and involvement makes this place THE BEST.
