11 months agoOne of the best churches I have visited till now. Beautiful and peaceful environment. The interior is decorated beautifully. The outside look is also nice. The glory of the church is adorable on the occasion of Christmas Day. Must visit this church at least once.

3 years agoI have celebrated this Christmas in St. Mary's Cathedral also called Garrison Church is a religious building that is affiliated with the Catholic Church and is located in the city of Jammu, the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir in gandhi nagar.The cathedral follows the Roman Catholic or Latin rite and is the mother or main church of the Diocese of Jammu-Srinagar (Dioecesis Iammuensis-Srinagarensis) which was raised to its current status in 1986 by bull "Qui Sanctissimi numinis" of Pope John Paul II .If you are coming jammu you have to visit this divine place

2 years agoFrom the roadside, St. Mary's Garrison Church presents an imposing and stately facade. Despite being unable to explore being non-Christian , the architectural beauty is evident. The exterior boasts intricate stonework, tall spires, and ornate detailing. Though I couldn't experience the interior, the outside exudes historical charm, making it a noteworthy sight for architectural enthusiasts or those intrigued by diverse religious structures.
