2 weeks agoSurinsar Lake was a sight to behold, but I wouldn't call it 'surin-credible'! 🏞️ The views were pretty, though a bit more sparkle wouldn't hurt. ✨ Good for a quick escape, but don't expect to be completely 'lake-n' aback. 🤷♀️ It's alright! 😌

Boating Facility available .Rent a car From Jammu Station , after visiting Surinsar , come to Mansar Lake (Udhampur Dist ),at Dar Road .You may go Mansar Lake from Samba Bus stand, by Bus. Good Road condition . Cafe( Snaks ,Meal )Available .

2 years agoIt is a very wonderful place if you want to go for a day picnic as it the area covers hilly regions and then comes to Lake the basic immunities available there are washroom amusement park where you can play some games also. Boating is also available but at expensive rates. The lake is surrounded by a local vendors who offer you local food and other refreshments too and very reasonable price and the food prepared is also very fresh so I must go place if you're looking for a day out and to refresh yourself

2 months agoNice Short road trip and a picnic spot. Has a cute little adventure park. Can get your own food. Has a Holy Lake. Boat ride is available. Road to surinsar is good but it got damaged due to land slide. But still approachable. Good idea to visit in October or after.
