a month agoAbsolutely the most pathetic and unprofessional service I've ever experienced. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Test reports were not sent on WhatsApp due to network issue is customer's problem. QR code not working that is also customer's problem. Phone numbers mention on testing slip is not working that is also customer's problem. Absolutely nonsense

4 weeks agoThe service is not up to the mark. They have appointed interns for taking samples of newborn babies. There should be experts for newborns as they are very fragile and need extra care.

4 months agoI always go for swastik laboratory for all my tests.. the reports are so accurate and are recieved timely.. the hospitality of the staff is remarkable and are very polite in their dealing ..it's probably the best n trustworthy laboratory!

7 months agoMy father-in-law got a full body test done at this place, and I urge anyone reading this review to be extremely cautious. The reports we received were completely inaccurate—borderline fake. This goes beyond carelessness; it's dangerous and unethical. Providing false medical reports is not just unprofessional, it’s a serious violation of laws and trust. People's lives are at stake, and this kind of negligence is absolutely unacceptable. I hope our reviews reach the right authorities and that such practices and places like this are shut down permanently. No one else should have to go through this.
