Great experience at Fairdeal Tata Service Centre, Gangyal. The staff is professional, service is timely, and they handle customers with transparency. Highly recommended for Tata car owners. People are good and cooperative, Professional Approach: Some staff members are good and take care and same should be expected from others. Process wise : 2.2/5, Communication: 2.8/5, Technical Handling: 2.7/5, Technical Knowledge: 2.5/5, Customer Handling: 2.0/5, Service Experience: 1/5 (Training to Staff WRT) Over all experience: 1/5 Upto dec 2023, somehow service was at normal. Now a days (jun, 2024), degarded services center name fair deal service center ... Oil change service required a full days (8 hours) and not sure the quality of oil they used... Paisa Paisa ... This is the 3rd attempt to reach fair deal service center, kunjwani gangyal Highway. (Apr 2025) -- worst experience, for major service. Not even completed the checks and validation of job card overall points mention., also make fool that we cover the points and generate the bill, ask them to give or handover the new part packing material/box/empty oil box / old oil what they drain / old break shu/ any old part they take from vehicle... Not a single item they handover ...even through they don't have recording to show what work they have done. Trust worthy work they don't do it... Only false commitment. This and that... Paisa Paisa karte hain ...

I had a persistent issue with the AC in my Tata Punch – it wasn’t cooling properly, especially in traffic or congested areas. I initially purchased my vehicle from Fairdeal Motors and reported this problem to their service executive. However, they dismissed it, claiming it was due to the polluted environment and said everything was normal. Trusting their explanation, I let it go. Recently, I got transferred from Jammu to Delhi and visited Delight Motors for regular servicing. I explained the same AC issue to their executive. To my surprise, they thoroughly inspected the vehicle and completely resolved the problem. Since then, the AC has been working perfectly, even in traffic. A sincere request to Fairdeal Motors – please ensure your service team includes well-trained and knowledgeable technicians. Don’t waste your customers’ time with excuses. Good service makes a lasting impression, and unfortunately, my experience with you was not up to the mark.

To be honest! That’s where Tata suffers the most. The servicing. And it shows. Ive been sitting here since past half hour and no one has come to help explain anything or attend in anyway shape or form. Save the trouble.
