The Orchard Retreat & Spa, Srinagar

First time visiting Kashmir with my family and this was the first hotel we stayed in. Absolutely everything about this hotel is amazing. The room with the view , the staff as well as the buffet included as we had breakfast and lunch included in out stay. And also we have a 2 year old and Mr Latif helped us by sterilising our baby’s bottles twice a day and the bottled free with fresh milk free of out. Amazing hotel for families with kids. 10/10 in evwry category. Its a must visit

Our stay at The Orchard Retreat & Spa, Srinagar was absolutely wonderful. The property is stunning, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The service throughout our stay was truly top class, making the entire experience memorable. A special mention to Javid and Bilal from the F&B team for their exceptional hospitality and warm service. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Srinagar!

I had a 2 day stay with my family at this place in December 2025. We had a great experience. The rooms were luxurious, the property is very beautiful and has all the facilities, the staff was very welcoming and the hospitality was great. The food was also very delicious. The only disadvantage is that property is located in the outskirts of the market area so it is difficult to find local transport or grocery shops/restaurants within 2km of the premises. Overall it was a good experience!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at The Orchard Retreat and Spa, Srinagar. The entire experience was delightful — from the comfortable rooms to the excellent food and warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The housekeeping team — Junaid, Wasim, Farooq, and Adir — did an excellent job keeping our room spotless and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The restaurant deserves a special mention. The food was absolutely delicious with a good variety, and the service was top-notch. The restaurant staff — especially Latif, along with Parvaiz, Zaved, and Bilal — were incredibly courteous, attentive, and made every meal enjoyable. The location of the property is beautiful, surrounded by scenic views and fresh air. The garden within the resort is well maintained and adds to the peaceful, refreshing atmosphere. Though we didn’t use the spa or pool, both appeared very well maintained. Overall, The Orchard Retreat and Spa is an excellent place to stay in Srinagar — peaceful, comfortable, and truly welcoming. Highly recommended!
