a week agoHotel royal bhumesh katra is a neat and clean. Food is also Declious. Whole staff of royalbhumesg hotel is helpful. They provide free pic and drop from hotel to banganga and banganga to hotel. I would definitely visit again. Specially Mr Manjeet Sharma is very gentle man.

2 months agoThis place deserves less then 1 star. Absolutely disgusting place. Full of bed bugs. Dirty sheets and even dirtier pillows. Pillows are stained black from the bed bugs. We changed rooms 3 times and all 3 rooms were the exact same and then we left the hotel in the middle of the night after arguing with the owner who threatened us if we post a bad review, but I dont care...future customers should be aware of the horrible conditions. They refused to give us a refund. Any 5 star reviews are definatelty fake. There are far better hotels on the same street - save your money and go elsewhere. And if your driver recommends this hotel, its only because he's getting paid. See picture of the bedbugs I found crawling on the hotel headboard.

2 months agoI travelled to Ma Vaishno Devi with my family and had a lot of luggage. I was looking for a hotel at the entry point of Katra. The hotel is in the best location, offers good facilities at the most affordable price, and provides complimentary pick-up and drop service. I highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling to Katra for Ma Vaishno Devi Darshan.
