3 weeks agoWe reached the hotel early in the morning around 7 AM, and they were kind enough to give us an early check-in, which was very helpful. The hotel also arranged their vehicle to drop us at the Vaishno Devi temple starting point (Tarakote Marg) and picked us up again after darshan. They charged ₹200 each way, which was reasonable and made the whole process very convenient. We didn't have dinner (though it was included in our package), so we can't comment on that. For breakfast, we had aloo paratha and tea, which were part of the package and tasted good. Overall, the room, stay, and service were good, and we had a comfortable experience. -

2 months agoNice, clean budget hotel with pick & drop to railway/bus station and Vaishno Devi entrance which is common in Katra. But a couple of things could be better — they have a notice about fines for washing clothes which feels unhelpful for people on longer trips (though undergarments were allowed for us). The most frustrating part was the pickup after yatra — we were already waiting at the original pickup point, yet the driver made us walk back unnecessarily despite passing the same route. After such a tiring yatra this really felt unfair. Overall, a decent stay for the price but service attitude needs improvement.

a year agoWonderful experience with this hotel. Their rooms are well cleaned and sanitized and specially their staff members are very polite to everyone. In short, great experience and will surely visit to their hotel again whenever I'll come to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi 🙏🏻

a year agoWorst experience with the hotel room and management, I have some points, - Hotel staff is not polite - Wifi is not working on 3rd floor - Reception guy doesn’t have manner to talk -Rooms are very dirty if you take double occupancy they will provide you only one towel ‘Worst’ - If you order a food they will take food from outside and charging double. - I have wasted my quality money!
