7 months agoOne of the worst experiences I’ve ever had — extremely unprofessional and negligent! I got my nose pierced at this studio and initially thought things were fine. They used a disposable piercing kit and charged me ₹2000, which is outrageously overpriced considering the kit costs around ₹300–400 online. But I let it go, thinking I was paying for professional service and aftercare — big mistake. Two weeks later, I consulted the same piercer about changing my jewelry. I specifically asked if a stainless steel hoop would be safe to insert. He said yes, so I bought one and went back at a time he himself confirmed he’d be available. But when I reached, he was in a rush, barely paid attention, and suddenly started doubting the quality of the jewelry — after approving it earlier! Despite my hesitation, he insisted on inserting it, showing no care for hygiene or possible complications. Within 24 hours, I developed a painful bump on my nose, which I had never experienced with the original stud. I tried contacting him several times for help — he ignored my messages and calls. When I finally managed to speak with him, instead of showing any responsibility, he rudely blamed me, saying it was my fault because I brought the jewelry (which again, I had approved by him before). He shouted, was defensive, and completely unprofessional. What’s worse is that once he got paid, he showed zero interest in aftercare or customer service. This is not just unprofessional — it’s unethical. Please be cautious before trusting this studio. They overcharge, don’t care about your safety, and offer no support once they’ve taken your money. Piercing is a sensitive process and should be done by people who are responsible, careful, and respectful — this studio is none of those things.
