Hired a car for the Gulmarg and Sonmarg trip on the last movement of our plan. Called Kaske taxi service by Travel my country and the representative named as Rufaid was very soft spoken and gave us all the details where to go and what are the places to visit. The car and the driver were very knowledgeable and the driving skills was very good, Thank you for the memorable trip

Travelled 303 km with RE classic 350 , smooth and mind blowing trip with this bike . Bikes are well maintained and most important thing to enjoy the trip you should have to made bond with royal enfield bikes 🏔

It was the really very bad and terrible experienced with this company... While complete travelling they have not called single time to ask the "how tour is going" they trust on their driver only rather than client... Initially they told me driver will be like guide but the driver provided by them is totally misguided us every time specially, 1. for union vehicle in Gulmarg I paid 3500/- (union vehicle) + 1000/- (guide) and this was arranged by our driver When I asked other people over there I came to know they paid 2500/- only And the guide told us only "how to come in queue for rope way" and I paid 1000/- for that as our driver insist us. 2. While Shikara Ride driver drop us at particular ghat no. 13 to arrange the Shikara Ride and I paid 2200/- even driver already aware the actual rate, he never helped us and our house boat was at ghat number 8, still he never stopped at 8 number and he insist us to take shikara from other ghat number When I asked other people next day in absence of driver then I came to know 1100/- is enough for shikara 3. Through out the journey When ever we stopped for our personal reasons driver was irritating us by continuously calling even he was blaming other people who was taking photos while sightseeing... 4. When we asked for evening snacks out side the hotel as in Pahalgam south Indian dishes we can easily find out but driver gave excuses of time as this was union vehicle he brought and dropped us at hotel before time 3:30pm 5. In Pahalgam when we were discussing about mini Switzerland, for my senior citizen parent I asked driver my parent will be with you in car until we came back he told us "I am going for other passenger, I am not here for your parent". 6. In case of medical emergency as my daughter was not feeling well and we called doctor and doctor provided the prescription and we were trying to find out medical store in Srinagar near Ghanta Ghar this driver called me 7 to 8 times in just 20 minutes and gave reason that "we are getting late"...."and there is no parking for us" and he never helped us. 7. For shopping of dry fruits and clothes and some other things he never helped us to know the special market or location actually he was not interested at all to guide us, he misguided us to shop only on Pahalgam road. 8. Last day when i asked driver, i want to visit your office he told me "i do not know the address" and finally he dropped us at airport. Overall this company keep more trust on driver rather than client.... I messaged most of the time that we not feeling comfortable with this driver but they never taken care of that even then did not call me single time...
