3 months agothe hotel is in transport area, surrounded by trucks. And so many. It really looks very not comfortable ans safe to stay there. Also the room was not clean at all. Door had oily finger stains on it, bedsheets were dirty. Bathroom was okay. Also booking.com offers amazing discount from 5000 to 2500 so you really feel like getting a good deal. But no where on the earth this hotel can even charge 5k. it’s such a scam.

a month agoBe Cautious ! #Unhygienic # Unsafe # Bad Service # Provided uncleaned blanket # Having overflow water from bathroom. For Cost cutting hotel management adopts very much easy way i.e. Not to clean and wash bad sheets and blankets cover, not to maintain drainage system ( drainage system are overflow and because of that bathroom converted into bathtub in which your feet sunkened another way is not providing toiletries without demanding . Secondly staff and management is not ready to aceept this. Be Cautious ! Even if you are staying in emergency. Hotel and its hospitality is very very very poor and bad . Bad sheets and blankets not even had a stains but also not washed. Full mood spoiled.

7 months agoSo, I booked this hotel in February. I was travelling with my parents and wanted a comfortable stay. When we reached the location, it was a nightmare. The hotel is situated in the middle of a bus yard. All you can see is bus drivers, truck drivers with their vehicles parked. I went to the reception and canceled the booking, however no refund was given. It was a terrible experience for both me and my parents. For someone traveling with family, it's a NO. For females and couples traveling together, again a NO. It would just feel so unsafe to even be in that vicinity. In simpler words, the location of this hotel makes it look really shady.
