Mr Sharma Restrauant Representative was very supportive and charming personality. Manager in the morning time was not supportive infact they took charge of water bottle too... at the time of exit. Overall properly were supportive except that manager.

A must stay hotel in Katra.. Rooms are very spacious and clean(hygiene was maintained). Services are good. We stayed for 2 days, they recommend us with various vendors of srinagar and even provided the drop facility. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay.

We had a great 4-day stay at Tulip Tree Hotel, Katra. Our original plan was for 3 days, but we had to extend by one day due to heavy rain and cancellation of the Vaishno Devi yatra because of a landslide. During this unexpected situation, the hotel staff were extremely kind and supportive. The hotel is very clean, safe, and family-friendly. We felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were neat and well-maintained. We had taken the breakfast and dinner plan, and the food was good both in taste and quantity. They also provided options that suited both adults and kids. What really stood out was how the staff helped us while our child was not feeling well. They showed real care and made sure we had everything we needed at that time. That kind of support matters a lot when you're traveling with children. Thank you to the entire team of Tulip Tree Hotel for making our stay peaceful and pleasant, even during a difficult situation. We truly appreciate the hospitality and will surely come back with our family in the future. Highly recommended for families visiting Katra!

"I had a horrible experience with this hotel. I returned late at night with my family and kids from a mata ka darbar and when I asked for an extra mattress and blanket, they gave me dirty blankets. This caused me an instant allergic reaction, and I had to be admitted to the hospital in an emergency. My entire trip was ruined. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did, so I'm posting this review. Please be cautious and choose hotels that prioritize cleanliness. Despite all this, they refused to take me to the hospital in an emergency, but a small dhaba just outside the hotel saw my problem and took me to the hospital with them. I'll always be grateful to him. My wife and young children were worried all night, and now I'll have to undergo a long treatment just because of their negligence. There are many options available at the same rate."
