Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service

I called them at 12.30pm and i was assured that the pickup will be done before 4:00pm. No pick up was done by them. Infact i have been waiting for the whole day and making calls to them. I must have spoken to 7-8 executives and all of them assured me of the pickup but they failed. I would not recommend tumble-dry at all! Unprofessional! Terrible experience!

Pathetic Service, as per store say the timing for pick up is 5:00PM where your portal say pick up till 8:00PM. Poor customer service and no mechanism for tracking complaints and reply them back…

I had a horrible experience with this place. I dropped off my shoes for cleaning on the morning of 13th August and was told to collect them on the evening of 15th, as I specifically mentioned I had a flight on 16th and really needed them cleaned on time. Despite repeated calls on 15th evening, no one picked up, and to my shock, the shop was closed! I was left with no option but to leave my shoes behind and travel without them. Today, I sent someone else to pick up my shoes, and now I’m told that not only was the shop closed on the 15th, but my shoes haven’t even been cleaned yet. If I had known the shop would be closed, I would never have given them my shoes. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

It should be not tumble dry it should be terrible Cheaters because these people don't listen I was given a pickup date of 4th November but nobody came to pick up and after two days of continuous conversation with the call centre even on 6th of November nobody came and I was given a fake insurance that the people will come and pick my stuff. Share wastage of time in energy cheaters
