2 years agoDon't try their pickup and drop service the employees in udhampur centre are highly unprofessional. They will tell you one date for pickup then you will have to constantly call them asking why they didn't pickup. After the pick-up they will give you a date for delivery and if you don't call them they will never contact you that the item is ready. You will have to continuously call them ask when they will deliver them they will lie to your face and say will deliver by today. Ultimately you will be frustrated and go and manually pick it up from their centre. I would recommend trying some other dry cleaners in town and if you don't have any other choice then manually drop the item to these guys and pick it up yourself. Do not go for home delivery and pickup.

a year agoThe worst decision was to give my two pieces suit to this service. They don't pick calls, and if they pick (once in a blue moon), they will not answer your doubt or anything, they'll just answer, we'll get back to you. Pathetic customer service. I happen to catch a flight on 6th so I have my suit and ask them when they can deliver it back and they said on 5th and I said ok. When 5th arrives I called them many time but there was no one to pick up tha calls Then I went to the service and helpers were there in the shop and when I called the same no., it was ringing in front of them and they were not picking up the calls. I don't know the reason why. Fortunately my clothes were ok but I was frustrated by the customer service they offered.

Many people are satisfied some are not, but here I am sharing my experience about Udhampur Tumbledry Dry Clean section, on one word Mind-blowing. Yes I am pretty sure these guys are doing their job with heart. I am pretty sure if anyone wants dry cleaning support on Udhampur Jammu, This will be the most satisfying option for them.
