V-Mart – Jammu-Kunjwani

Overall my experience was good enough throughout my choosing clothes for my family because of the collection was nice, under budget, enough staffs to attend customers enquiries, well displayed items, well organised and moreover I came through my relatives & friends who they have visited for purchase at V-Mart, the lady who was assisting us was good enough and friendly and helping hand, good offers and purchased Rs 6700 approx etc. Few things I would like to share and I encountered at the till point which makes me more unhappy and not pushing me to come back again for shopping to this particular branch near Kunjwani below. 1. Cash counters was not busy at all as compared with other stores but they still took long time to finish my billing and took approximately 25 minutes to executed and it was nagative. 2. Cashiers don't have enough training that how to handle customers 😞 and the guy male (cashier) who was doing billing for us and he was not responding at all of my enquiries and questions and not bother even to response of his Manager after multiple requested him to do billing fast, zero eye contact, he was chewing something all the time, so unprofessional behaviour, not interested for work, and it was feeling like he was just ignoring us but horrible experience.😔 3. Wrong items handover to us after billing and got again stucked badly for another 20 minutes at checkpoint. 4. Miscommunication gap between sales staffs, cashier and manager. Suggestion and Improvement points below for management team otherwise you are going to lose many of potential customers for future and negative reviews. 1. Need staff training to improve communication skills with customers as well as themselves. 2. Need basic training of handling customers enquiries, proper eye contact, greetings, actively responsive all the time, keep smiling etc. 3. Keep your experienced and well groomed staffs always at POS to avoid complaints of customers and hassle-free. 4. Manager needs to be more attentive, manageable, presentable and well known about his store activities all the time without any excuse and take all necessary actions to help customers. 5. In-Store environment should be more enjoyable, likeable, pleasant with lite music but not noise. 6. Need product training for staffs and more knowledge. Note: Customer need not only just good collection, offers, parking, good customer service etc and also want "RESPECT" because the person who choosed your store for shopping and spend their valuable time and in return definitely they will expect some more in terms which can't be express but can be feel only as a responsible business prospective. As assisted by Rashika it was pleasure to choose up on the verity I want. Good job done by her. Finally suggestion but not a complaint please availed some verity in regular size eg coustomer with heavy body structure. Like upper shirt size in L & lower size 34.

Good Quantity Clothing with reasonable pricing but staff at the counter was rude Purchased clothing worth 7000, around 20 articles but the guy at the counter gave only 4 small sized carry bags when i asked for some more, he refused and i told him i am ready to pay for bags but he outrightly refused that is why i have given only 3 stars
