There is a proper way for a particular culinary item to be served. The first few times I’ve had the tres leches, it was absolutely decadent and served the way it should be. It was soft, moist and gooey, with the perfect texture. Today, the très leche was like a thick cakey slob with bad texture and to top it off, it was served in an abysmal state at the first instance, with two drops of the biscoff suace (I’m presuming) as opposed to how it’s to be filled in the plate while serving the tres leche. Upon pointing it out to the server, she nonchalantly states “aapko aur chahiye”, I said yes, please serve it properly. She then said khatam hogai thi yahan, main leke aati hoon. And then she goes further to ask me again, leke aaoon? I mean, the ignorance is laughable. There needs to be training refresher and an attitude fix for the server. Nice cold dish, gone bad, served with a colder attitude.

I couldn't help but share my admiration for the recent transformation of Vanilla Beans into a beautiful sit-in café. Anu's creative touch in the interior design is truly remarkable. The ambiance is now enchanting, and the thoughtful details make it a perfect place to unwind. Sitting inside, enjoying a cup of your favorite beverage along with a delightful piece of cake from the diverse choices available truly creates a calming experience. Anu's creative ideas have elevated Vanilla Beans to more than just a café; it's now a haven where one can relax and enjoy not only delicious treats but also the soothing atmosphere in such a small space. It's a testament to her vision and dedication to creating a space that goes beyond just serving great food and beverages. Kudos to Anu for her excellent work! I'm sure this transformation will be warmly welcomed by everyone, and I look forward to spending many more enjoyable moments at Vanilla Beans.

Untrained and rude staff. They do not know how to handle customers right and serve properly. The thin girl who’s at the reception needs some training in customer service.

Very smooth and soft cake. Mostly made of whipped cream . The cake was full of sugar, I would have liked less sweet. But taste was yum.
