Prices are affordable and there’s a good variety, but the quality of clothes is average. The store can get crowded and billing is sometimes slow. Some customers also report issues with return/exchange policies. Overall, it’s good for everyday affordable shopping but not ideal for premium products. Rating: 3.5/5

2 months agoThis is the biggest Mart in the city interns of area, products and infrastructure. You will get all the household items under one roof and that too of good quality and brands. It has become bit congested than before but still it has got massive product line. The best part is the pricing 👌👌, much affordable prices and great offers than other Marts in the market. Vishal Mega Mart is way better than Relaince Smart Bazar in tents of availability of the products and offer prices. Thankyou Vishal Mega Mart for your services. Highly Recommended👍👍

4 years agoThe Vishal Mega Mart located in the prime location. The mask is mandatory if you want to enter in this place. They also check the temperature of every person by digital thermometer who want to go in this place. The mart is very clean and organized. All the things or products are placed properly. The staff is very polite and helpful. I found lots of things which are not available in the market easily. Very productive place. I am very happy to visit this place.

3 months agoOrdered things online, were supposed to be be delivered the same evening! No confirmation or a message about delayed delivery. Location of delivery was close to the mart. Excuse customer care gave was legit. They said maybe delayed because of heavy rain. Got it. Normal days came by, delivery guy called me when i was unavailable. Called them back on multiple occasions and there was no response. Went to the mart personally to pick up the order. There was no one there who was concerned with online orders. Delivery has not arrived yet. Ordered many days ago. Amazon would have been better but I considered benefiting local economy but ended up wasting too much of my time and energy. Unfortunately won’t be shopping online here again. Had a terrible experience.
