a month agoI recently hosted a function at Vivanta, Jammu and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambience, arrangements, and hospitality were truly exceptional. A very special thanks to Mr. Suman Ji Koul, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly managed. His coordination, calm attitude, and attention to detail made the entire event run smoothly without any stress on our side. We are truly grateful for his efforts and professionalism. The banquet setup was elegant and beautifully aligned with our theme. The food was delicious and received compliments from all our guests. The entire staff was courteous, prompt, and extremely supportive throughout the function. Thank you, Vivanta, for making our celebration so memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a premium and well-coordinated event!

a month agoMy friend's daughter's marriage was solemnized on 28th and 29 th of September. A great experience of hospitality and service was observed by all those who attended the four functions of Kashmiri wedding. We had also booked some seventeen rooms for the outside guests.They had a great stay. The staff including the GM were very cordial. We had booked the venue on the insistence and acquaintance of Mr. Suman Koul , Manager and the experience was rewarding. Thanks.

2 months agoStay at vivanta jammu was very good. Miss vandana sharma was very kind courteous and helpful. Mr Shushank sharma and Mr ashvini yadav were very helpful. The taxi service which was provided was very good. The driver Mr Naresh was very reliable. Other staff whom we met, even though names not mentioned were very polite. a month agoThe hotel is nice. I was there for a official trip. Rooms are big clean and nice. Breakfast is nice too with varying options. Parking is available but not many. There is a Gurudwara just beside and you can visit that too. I got a Gurudwara facing room and it looks beautiful at night. Overall a nice stay in premium hotel.

5 months agoThe location was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that a couple of the power outlets in the room weren’t working. Other than that, everything was great—the service was outstanding!
