a year agoI recently visited the service center to replace the charging cable for my IQ0012, which I purchased just two months ago. My sister went in for this simple issue, but the experience was anything but easy. The staff member at the service center was shockingly rude and displayed no professionalism. Instead of quickly addressing the problem, she insisted that we leave the phone with them for two days just to replace a charging cable! This level of customer service was unacceptable, and the dismissive attitude only added to the frustration. We expected a straightforward process but were met with unnecessary hassle and unhelpful staff. Definitely disappointing.
