Wildflower Villa Resort, Pahalgam

Terrible Experience Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Here are the main issues we encountered: Room Cleanliness: The room was dirty upon arrival. It was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned. Bed Condition: The bed was completely filthy, with fresh stains and hair from previous guests on the bed, sheets, and pillows. Bathroom: The bathroom was not only dirty but also had a terrible smell. Room Service: Despite advertising 24/7 room service, every time we called, we were told it would be addressed the next day as no employee was available. Dining Hall: The drinking water in the dining hall was dirty. Food Quality: The bread served was stale, and the toaster was not working. Teapot: The teapot provided was dirty and stained. Hot Water: Hot water was only available for 15 minutes in an hour, and that too after multiple calls to the front desk. We ended up having to take a cold water bath during the winter season. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management clearly doesn't prioritize cleanliness or customer service.

We had a one-night stay at Wildflower Pahalgam and it was truly a wonderful experience! The service was outstanding Although room was average but the staff were extremely helpful, warm, and welcoming. The food was delicious and full of flavor, making our stay even more enjoyable. The scenic beauty surrounding the hotel was absolutely breathtaking — it felt like waking up in a dream! Overall, everything from the hospitality to the beautiful location made our stay memorable. Room n washroom was perfect with all amenities upto the mark with spotless linen & prompt housekeeping. However food was average all throughout for which one star is deducted. Location just maingate 20 sec away from lidder river. Period of stay 12-13 April 25 Family room with balcony

We stayed in this property in June 2024. The experience was very good. The service is very good. The food quality was superb. All the staffs are very friendly. Our guest guide was Huzaif. He is a gem of a person and an awesome host. He guided us in all possible ways. The facilities are top class. Very clean and hygienic. The view of the mountains next to the river... amazing resort. Highly recommended to stay in this resort.

Mixed Experience – Be Cautious with Belongings Stayed for one night. While the rooms were clean, the washroom was not well-maintained. Initially booked a triple-sharing room but was given a double room after much argument. They eventually shifted us, but in the process, left our dry fruits behind. The next day, we found part of them missing. Staff offered no compensation and blamed us instead. This was a first for me, so a word of caution — keep a close eye on your belongings if you plan to stay here.
