The rooms were so dirty when we entered them. The washroom was also a mess, it was so dirty and the ceiling of the bathroom was decayed, the bedsheets and blankets were dirty as hell when we asked the staff to change the bedsheets,they replied that these are the cleanest blankets and bedsheets and the others they had were even dirtier, the worst used at our homes are cleaner than these then there's the water and food we stayed for a single night and there was no drinking water in the room ,the next day there was no electricity and water even in the washroom ,the food was also so bland ,i absolutely dont recommend this hotel and we ourselves should have read the reviews before going to this hotel

If you wish to spoil your holiday, then visit this place. You will be welcomed by cobwebs, flies and dirt. The blankets and sheets have not been washed since ages and the workers there don't want to do anything. A hopeless, ridiculous and aweful place.

DONT BELEIVE THE RATING WITHOUT READING THE REVOEWS AS MOST REVIEWS MENTION THE SURROUNDINGS NOT THE HOTEL... Very Bad Hotel,Very bland food, We got a sandwich with mouldy cheese. How can you call this food.No safety in the rooms. Staff coming in without knocking and broken locks...Very Bad Rooms- Absolutely un-liveable place,Very unhygienic rooms. There were HAIR and DIRT on the bedsheets/pillows. Geysar and taps not working,flush not working toilet clogged and Shower not working.Tv not working and there was a VERY BAD smell of water from the walls and ceiling when we asked for a room frshener the staff gave us an ecpired one which made the smell worse.Terrible room condition, USED everything absolutely unlivable..We stayed for 1 hour until we gave up and went back to katra BUT the staff got mad because we didnt pay, We saod we dont like the hotel bit the manager and other staff still argued.... Not recommended...

Hotel outer look is too good but when we entered the room its a mess.. Very unhygienic, with spider and flies everywhere. Geyser dont works and taps are useless. The pillows and blankets are just hopeless with dirt and hair.. Must not visit this place.. The Manager along with his boys are too rude with worst behaviour.

Very poor service, very dirty staff and very poor service and the room is not clean at all, it smells bad and there is no taste in the food at all, Mr Joginder and the people who stay with him at the reception have very rude behaviour. I should not refer to anyone, this hotel has very dirty staff.
