If you ever want to test your patience, anger levels, and mental strength, choose Xpressbees. Their delivery speed is so slow, I’m convinced the courier is either being carried on foot or on a bullock cart. My parcel has been on a 15-day vacation at the same location, and the journey in total has crossed one month — and still counting! Customer care? Oh, that’s the best part — completely useless. They will listen, sympathize, apologize, and then do absolutely nothing. No responsibility, no accountability — just pure talent in wasting your time. Truly an unforgettable experience… for all the wrong reasons.

Pathetic service by XpressBees Anantnag. My parcel has been stuck at their Seer hub for the last 5 days and not a single delivery attempt has been made. The delivery boy never bothered to call, and whenever we try to reach them, they don’t even pick up the phone. I’ve complained to customer care 2–3 times, but it’s useless—no action is taken. This is pure negligence and harassment for customers. If this is how XpressBees operates in Anantnag, people will have no choice but to avoid this courier service completely.

Poor Delivering service. It has been more than 10 days but my order is not yet delivered. Not gonna use your service ever again.
